Our long-serving Chief Executive Ross Williams and Finance Director Sue Scregg are both retiring this year. The recruitment process had been initiated at the beginning of 2020 and we were set to interview candidates in late March when lockdown was announced, meaning that Ross and Sue have stayed in their respective posts. The Trustees have agreed restart the process of open recruitment since the context in which Creative Kernow operates has changed so radically during this turbulent period and given the significant time that has elapsed since then.
Creative Kernow is seeking a leader for our complex multi-stranded organisation which is constantly evolving in response to the opportunities offered by Cornwall’s unique creative environment. This post is a highly varied and exciting one, now with the additional challenges of leading the organisation through the next stage of a post-Covid-19 world.
