Launching Creative Kernow Assoicates
Following the legacy of our hugely successful Cultivator programme (2016 – 2023), we are excited to launch Creative Kernow Associates – a membership programme for the creative and cultural sectors in Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.
The pilot programme (Oct 2024 -Sept 2025) is built based on extensive survey and consultation carried out in the last year, addressing the three key areas of the programme’s objectives – to develop, connect and showcase creativity and culture in Cornwall.
To kickstart this, we are hosting Making Room, a morning event all about the power of individuals and freelancers and how we make positive changes to the creative and cultural sector. The event will take place on the 14th of October, in Liskeard Community Halls.
Together we will explore how we can make positive changes to the creative and cultural sector, particularly focusing on how freelancers can be more included in policy making.
This event is part of Cornwall Creates Forum and is being held in partnership with Screen Cornwall, Creative Kernow, Hall for Cornwall and ASONE Perform, the consortium partners for Cornwall Council’s Work Package 2 Creative Careers & Talent Development.
